I had complained about Amazon’s unfriendly way to sign-in: they send me URL’s. addresses by SMS. They don’t even shorten those URL’s. So, yesterday a rep called me, and offered me his so-called assistance, which is guiding me thru the process of resetting my password and getting those links again by SMS though I explained that my phone is not a smartphone.
And when I tell the customer service dude that that is not help, all he can say is things like “I understand your frustration.”
